Attempted theft in Frankfurt: Police hold suspects!

In the night of Monday, May 26, 2025, there was an attempted theft on a company premises on Gutleutstrasse in Frankfurt am Main. An attentive employee noticed an unauthorized person on the premises around 3:30 a.m. and immediately alerted the police. When they arrived, the officers discovered a car with a damaged side window.

The alleged perpetrator, a 26-year-old man, was initially fleeing after the vehicle's alarm system was triggered. But thanks to the quick reaction of other employees, he was followed in the direction of the red feather ring and finally arrested by the police in the immediate vicinity of the crime scene. The investigation is ongoing and the suspect is now in police custody.
