Bicycle thief in Tiergarten - a scandal on two wheels!

Tiergarten, Deutschland - Yesterday afternoon the meeting of the police and criminals in the zoo struck like a flash! Civil forces of the police section 28 snap a 47-year-old suspected bicycle thief in the act on Potsdamer Strasse.
