The urban budget 2025 in Kaiserslautern was approved, which will significantly promote the city's cultural landscape. A total of 30,000 euros are available for supporting projects in the free cultural scene. This represents an increase in funding by 10,000 euros compared to the previous year. Mayor and Cultural Director Manfred Schulz underlined the central role of the free cultural scene for urban cultural life.
From now on, private cultural organizers can submit applications for non -commercial events that cannot be realized without public grant. Cooperation projects of the Culture presentation with free professional artists from Kaiserslautern as well as local groups and associations are also eligible. Extension of funding opportunities
