On Tuesday, June 3, 2025, the cross -border traffic safety campaign "Safe.Mobil.leben - Kinder im Blick" took place from the district police authority. The aim was to increase security for the little ones in road traffic. Police powers specifically controlled vehicles near schools and daycare centers in order to create greater awareness of traffic rules through their presence.

A total of 428 vehicles were checked, with 311 checks in front of schools and 71 being carried out in front of kindergartens. In this campaign, 73 violations were found, including 28 cases of driving too fast and seven cases of distraction at the wheel. In addition, three children were found without suitable fuse in the vehicle and 17 parking violations in the area of ​​educational institutions. The assignment clearly shows that security for children is top priority!
