On the night of Sunday at 2:43 a.m., a 36-year-old driver in Olpe was targeted by the police after witnesses reported a vehicle with striking driving style. The officers met the driver in the "Koltermecker Weg" and quickly found signs of alcoholization. A breath alcohol test carried out confirmed the assumption.

The man was brought to the police station, where a blood sample was taken out and his driver's license was confiscated. In addition, a criminal complaint was made for drunkenness at the wheel and the onward journey was prohibited.
