In a scandalous incident in Mannheim, an alcoholic e-scooter driver drove through the streets with 1.4 per thousand on Wednesday morning and caused an accident! The 51-year-old was on Jungbuschstrasse around 1:15 a.m. when she crashed into a passing car while descending and damaged it on the wheel run. Instead of stopping, she fell some confused words and simply fled from the scene of the accident!
