On Saturday, May 31, 2025, a dramatic shunting accident occurred in the parking lot of a supermarket in Dogern. A 68-year-old woman drove her Peugeot against a parked Opel. The suspicion of a medical emergency led to an ambulance, but the checks showed that the driver was heavily alcoholic - with a value of almost three per thousand!

The police immediately gave the woman's driver's license and the woman's vehicle key and prompted blood to take a blood in the hospital.
