A dangerous Monday in the Verden district! A serious traffic accident occurred in Schwanewede, in which a 60-year-old from Krad driver was seriously injured. The man was traveling on Blumenthaler Strasse towards Bremen when he lost control of his motorcycle for previously unknown reasons. The rear wheel slipped away and the driver fell. He was immediately brought to a clinic with an ambulance.

In addition, there was a break -in on a construction site on Schwaneweder Strasse, where unknown perpetrators violently opened several containers between Friday afternoon and Monday afternoon. It is still unclear whether something was stolen. The Schwanewede police are asking possible witnesses to report on 04209/918650. The situation remains tense in the region, while investigations are running and security is in focus.
