A couple from Ludwigsburg fell victim to a perfidious phone fraud on Tuesday! An alleged police officer informed the seniors that their daughter was involved in a fatal traffic accident and urgently needed a deposit of 70,000 euros to get into prison. Shocked by this turn, the senior woman handed over several thousand euros in cash to an unknown man around 5:00 p.m. on a street corner in Oßweil.

The fraudster, about 25 years old, around 175 cm tall, was dressed in a blue anorak with a black slide hat and a dark upper lip beard.
