Drunk group threatens couples in Gera - police intervenes!

In the early morning hours on Sunday there was a police operation in Dr.-Eckener-Straße after a vehicle mirror was damaged. During the investigation, the officials heard sudden screams from near the Kuk Gera and discovered a group of four unknown men who hastily removed from the crime scene. The officers immediately intervened and checked the suspects.

A young couple reported that they were threatened by the group. A man broke a glass bottle and threw the shards towards the couple, but fortunately no one hit anyone. During the control, one of the suspects also carried the handbag of the endangered woman. After consultation with the Gera public prosecutor, the four men were temporarily arrested. The investigation against the alleged perpetrators was initiated.
