A serious traffic accident shook the state road 408 near Lossburg on Saturday morning! A 33-year-old BMW driver apparently lost control of his vehicle due to alcohol at the wheel. At around 10.45 a.m. he got on the opposite lane and collided head-on with a Mercedes, which was occupied by a 76-year-old and a 72-year-old passenger. The Mercedes was pushed off the road by the impact of the impact, while the BMW came to a stop across the road.

When the police recording the accident, it quickly became clear: the BMW driver was heavily alcoholic! A breath alcohol test resulted in an alarming value of almost 1.5 per thousand. The exact circumstances and the injuries of the participants are still unclear, but this incident again illustrates the dangers of driving under the influence of alcohol.
