Drunk perpetrator in Northeim - police prevents worse!

on Saturday evening, May 23, 2025, there was an incident in Northeim in which an alcoholic 35-year-old committed a crime. The perpetrator moved away from the town after the crime, but was quickly tracked down by the police. Thanks to a quick search, the officials were able to arrest the man in the field mark between Northeim and Sudheim - and without resistance.

After his arrest, the police carried out a blood sample after the public prosecutor's office in Göttingen and the on -call judge of the Göttingen district court were informed. The suspect remains in police custody to prevent possible further crimes.
