BGW residential fire in Offenbach: 250,000 euros in damage, residents in safety!

Langstraße, 63065 Offenbach am Main, Deutschland - yesterday afternoon a spectacular fire broke out in Langstrasse at 5:10 p.m., on the third floor of an apartment building. Dramatic pictures show how the residents could hastily flee out of the flames, with a resident being taken to the hospital with a slight flue gas poisoning - the scene was simply shaken!

The property damage amounts to an impressive 250,000 euros. While the fire apartment had to be cleared, the other tenants were able to quickly return to their own four walls after the successful fire fighting. According to initial findings, the fire apparently ignited near a air conditioning unit on the balcony - the criminal police have already started the investigation into the cause of the fire.
