In the night of Friday, June 6, 2025, a serious accident occurred on the K 503 between Iber and Edemissen. A 23-year-old man from Landshut lost control of his Mercedes and was slightly injured. Immediate police measures were taken: the man was faced with an alcohol test and a blood sample was taken. His driver's license was confiscated and criminal proceedings were initiated.

Because of his injuries, a hospital stay was not necessary, and the person concerned could be released home at night. But the damage caused by the accident is considerable: according to estimates, the total damage amounts to over 45,000 euros. The vehicle was towed during the accident recording. The investigation continues.
