Fire of an electric car in Nollingen: Fire doesn't go away!

On Wednesday, June 11, 2025, an electric car in Nollingen burned light -fashioned. At 4:45 p.m., the fire brigade alerted the Kapfweg, where the vehicle parked under a carport burned out completely. The fire was deleted within an hour, but the damage was enormous: carport and house facade also suffered severe damage that is estimated at at least 10,000 euros. The electric car itself has a loss of around 40,000 euros, but luckily there were no injuries.

But the story does not end here! Around 7:35 p.m., while the car was transported by a towing service, it sparked again on the pitching vehicle in paradise in Eichsel. The fire brigade had to intervene again immediately and load the burning electric car into a special container, which was then flooded with water. The vehicle was brought to the towing company under the supervision of the fire brigade. The cause of the fire is currently unknown, the fire brigade has started the investigation. The paradise path was blocked on both sides during the extinguishing work.
