On the night of Tuesday, a fire broke out in an apartment in the Wolfsburg district of Vorsfelde, triggered by a technical defect. The tenant, who was in the apartment at the time of the incident, suffered minor injuries and was admitted to the Wolfsburg Clinic with suspected flue gas intoxication.

The property damage amounts to alarming 100,000 euros. Fortunately, the other tenants of the house were able to quickly return to their apartments after the situation was brought under control. The Wolfsburg police have started the investigation to clarify the exact circumstances of the incident.
