Burning car blocks Hannöversche Straße: Fire brigade in action!

In the afternoon, a car fire broke out on Hannöversche Strasse in Dortmund, which led to a considerable traffic jam in the after-school service. The fire brigade Wache 3 was alerted and already found considerable smoke development on the way. Fortunately, the occupants were able to leave the vehicle unharmed before the fire brigade arrived.

While the fire brigade took over fire fighting and traffic protection, Hannöversche Straße was closed in both directions. Despite the clearly recognizable barrier, several road users ignored the warnings and drove to the site, which was not only dangerous for the emergency services, but also represents an administrative offense.
