Federal police take up three migrants to Lindau border crossing

In a dramatic assignment at the Lindau-Ziegenhaus border crossing, the federal police arrested a total of three migrants in two long-distance coaches on 23 and 26 May, which are now sitting behind bars. The first arrests took place on Friday morning when a 41-year-old Afghan was taken up with drugs. Despite a valid German fiction certificate, it turns out that he has a five-year entry and residence ban for drug abuse- now it has been extended to a whopping seven years.

On Monday morning, a 30-year-old Romanian suffered the same fate. An arrest warrant for violating the Narcotics Act forces them to pay almost 5,000 euros in debt. After her arrest, she was brought to the Memmingen correctional facility to serve a compensation penalty. Investigations show that the Afghan is already known for sexual and drug offenses and has only recently gone to custody for a year. His further stay in Germany is now in danger.
