Federal Police: Mann from TGV arrested in Kehl - prison sentence threatens!

Kehl, Deutschland - Yesterday a 31-year-old Congolese man was arrested by the federal police at Kehl station. The man who traveled from France as the occupant of a TGV could not identify himself and was brought to the office. There, the officials found that there was an arrest warrant against him for violations of the Residence Act.

Since he could not pay the due fine of several hundred euros, he was brought to prison to serve a replacement imprisonment of 24 days. In addition, because of the attempted unauthorized stay in Germany, he will face a complaint. After his prison sentence, he will be rejected to France.
