Federal Police stops false Belgian: Tunisian caught after return!
Füssen, Deutschland - Am border tunnels Füssen has informed the federal police a shocking incident! A 33-year-old Tunisian citizen tried to illegally engage in Germany by giving himself up as a Belgian. During a check on Monday, June 9th, the officials quickly discovered the fraudulent machinations. While the German driver was able to show a valid ID card, the passenger showed only a photo of a fake Belgian ID on his smartphone. In the event of further investigations, it turned out that no person with this name exists in Belgium!
The police searched the man's luggage and found his valid Tunisian passport, but without the necessary visa for staying in Germany. The Tunisian obviously confessed that he wanted to travel to the Neckar-Odenwald district with the driver and stay there. But his plans were thwarted! He was imposed on a reinforcement lock and he was sent back to Tunisia by plane. An urgent example of how important the controls are at our limits!
