Chaos on Gifhorner streets: drunk and too fast on the road!

On Friday evening, the Gifhorn police became aware of a 19-year-old Ecooter driver who was checked on Braunschweiger Strasse. The suspicion of drug use was immediately noticeable, which resulted in a blood sample. On Saturday evening, a 35-year-old driver was the goal of a control in Meinholz. With a breath alcohol value of 1.5 per thousand he also had to take blood and lost his driver's license.

On Saturday afternoon, a 24-year-old driver collided with a tree on Kreisstraße 25 after coming off the street with strong alcohol consumption (1.86 per thousand). Here, too, the usual measures followed: blood sampling and driving license confiscation. The police also carried out speed measurements. On Braunschweiger Straße, a racer was caught at 104 km/h, while another driver at the clay path to the Lehmweg had to put one of the six violations.
