Roofing fire in the Epiphany: Fire Brigade prevents worse!
On Wednesday evening, June 4, 2025, the Neuss fire brigade was alerted to a dramatic roof truss fire in Weingartstrasse in the Epiphany district at 6:07 p.m. When they arrived, the first firefighters immediately saw massive smoke from the roof of a multi -storey residential building that is currently being renovated. The fire -fighting attack immediately started: a team climbed over the aerial ladder, while another moved to the 3rd floor via a scaffolding to combat the fire.
Fortunately, no one was injured in this fire, despite the tense situation. An ambulance was ready for an emergency. The assignment was successful: the building could be handed over to the owner at 7:00 p.m., and after a one -hour blocking of the Weingartstrasse, the assignment was over.
