In a traffic accident on Autobahn 1 in Harpstedt, two people, including a 15-year-old girl, were slightly injured on Monday afternoon, June 2, 2025. A 23-year-old man from the Netherlands lost control of his van during a violent rain shower and crashed into the middle protective planks. A subsequent Audi driver, a 37-year-old man from Cloppenburg, was no longer able to brake in time and also collided with the van.
