On the night of Tuesday, the Berlin district of Mitte was shaken by a dramatic arson! At 3:40 a.m., residents alerted the emergency services when three unknown men appeared in front of a discotheque on Mohrenstrasse. A shocking scene unfolded: one of the perpetrators hurled a gully cover through the glazed entrance door of the closed club, while his accomplices placed four fire sets in front of the restaurant and threw another indoors!
Fortunately, the flames were deleted by the automatically triggering sprinkler systems before the fire brigade arrived. The perpetrators quickly fled towards Oberwallstrasse, while the Mohrenstraße and Markgrafenstraße intersection had to be closed to vehicle traffic.
