In a shocking incident in downtown Rheinisch-Bergisch-Kreis, an e-scooter was stolen on Sunday. The injured party waited for the police in the street "Im Brückerfeld" after his vehicle was stolen by strangers between 3:15 p.m. and 4:40 p.m. The e-scooter was secured with a castle on a traffic sign on the edge of a parking space, but only the cutting castle remained.
