Königstraße, Duisburg, Deutschland - On Wednesday afternoon, June 11th, a shocking incident occurred in Duisburg: An e-scooter driver captured a 3-year-old boy on Königstrasse and then fled. The little boy was traveling with his mother when he ran towards a well and was hit by the electric vehicle, causing him to fall to the ground.
