E-scooter driver attacks the police: under the influence of THC and without insurance!

Rettigheim, Deutschland - On Friday afternoon there was a dramatic incident on the route between Malsch and Rettigheim. A 27-year-old e-scooter driver was checked by the police during a traffic control and had both THC in the blood and no valid insurance cover.

The young man was aggressive and opposed the officials violently. When trying to put on handcuffs, he derailed the police several times and specifically stepped into the stomach one of the officials. Throughout the control, he continuously insulted the law enforcement officers. Now the Wiesloch police station is investigating serious allegations such as insult, resistance to enforcement officers, assault and drunkenness in road traffic.
