Burglary in Abbey Mariawald: Police investigated after nightly incident

In a shocking incident in Heimbach, the Düren police initiated investigations into the Mariawald Abbey after a break -in. In the night from Sunday to Monday, unknown perpetrators violently broke into the church, adjacent rooms and the monastery shop.
