In the night of Tuesday, an unknown perpetrator broke into a beverage market in the city center of Erfurt. The burglar reached the sales room through a window and searched it in search of prey. In the counter area, he met tobacco goods worth around 1,500 euros and around 200 euros cash from the cash register.

The criminal incident did not go unnoticed for long: an attentive witness discovered the slump on Tuesday morning and immediately informed the police. Now the officers are investigating particularly severe theft, while the perpetrator fled in an unknown direction. The search for the burglar is in full swing.
