In the night from Friday to Saturday, a brazen burglary occurred in a farm shop in Versmold-Hesselteich. Unknown perpetrators pried open the entrance door of the agricultural operation between 10:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., searched for the sales room and stolen cash and a music box.

The Gütersloh police are now looking for witnesses. Anyone who has made suspicious observations in the said period or can provide information about the perpetrators is asked to report on 05241 869-0.
