Duvenstraße, 41179 Mönchengladbach, Deutschland - On Saturday afternoon, the Mönchengladbach police were reported to the mosque on Duvenstraße in Mülfort. Unknowns had probably gained access in the early morning hours and stolen a donation box and coffee cash register with coin money. The damage is still unclear, but the crime causes excitement among the parishioners.

A little later, a similar incident occurred at the church on Altenbroicher Straße. There, burglars tried to penetrate the parish hall. Fortunately, they failed, but a door was slightly damaged. Witnesses reported that the attempt took place between Friday evening at 6 p.m. and Saturday at 11.30 a.m. The criminal police have now started the investigation and is looking for other witnesses who can provide clues.
