In Velbert, unknown perpetrators broke up several craftsman cars between May 28 and May 29, 2025 and stolen valuable tools. The Mettmann police report a total of three vehicles affected, the owners of which are now asked for information.

A Mercedes Benz Sprinter, which was parked on Grünheide street, is particularly affected. The investigation is based on the perpetrators, since another car nearby was opened between Wednesday evening and Thursday evening. The police are grateful for any information that can contribute to clarifying these thefts.
