Successful basic course: Sonsbeck fire brigade cheers!

Sonsbeck, Deutschland - Last Saturday, the basic course of the volunteer fire brigades from Sonsbeck, Xanten and Alps ended with an impressive practical final exam in Hamb. The three municipalities have had close cooperation in basic training for years, which the participants presented before demanding tasks.

After a year of theoretical knowledge transfer in the first two modules, the practical implementation has been worked intensively in the past few weeks. The fire service regulations were learned here, and the prospective firefighters mastered various scenarios, from fire operations to technical assistance. All course units were prepared and managed by committed volunteers.

The next chance for prospective firefighters comes faster than expected: in autumn the next basic course for new volunteers in the region starts.
