Exhibitionist in Neckarwehingen: Police intervene!

On Thursday afternoon, June 5, 2025, a 31-year-old man was arrested on the banks of the Neckar in Neckarweihingen after appearing through exhibitionist acts. A 41-year-old woman noticed him when he was exposed to his member on the Otto Konz-Weg before horror. The alarmed police forces were able to track down the man a short time later.

When he was arrested, the 31-year-old resisted, which led to the use of a service dog. Due to his alleged psychological condition, he was first taken to a hospital by the emergency services after the arrest and then admitted to a psychiatric institution. The investigation is still underway.
