Search for motorcyclists: e-bike driver seriously injured!

On Saturday afternoon at 2:15 p.m. there was a dramatic motorcycle accident on a dirt road between Husen and Hegge. A 51-year-old e-bike driver was overtaken by a motorcyclist who approached at high speed and only a slight side distance. The overtaking process frightened the woman so much that she fell and seriously injured herself. The motorcyclist stopped shortly after the accident, but quickly turned away and continued his escape towards Lichtenau.

Immediate help was given to the injured Hussener, who had to be taken to a Paderborn hospital with several broken bones. The Paderborn police are urgently looking for witnesses to the incident, in particular information on the identity of the fleeting driver. This was dressed completely black and drove a cross bike.
