Cyclist injured: Accident on the B494 near Harsum!

B494, Harsum, Deutschland - on June 3, 2025, around 10:26 a.m., a serious traffic accident occurred on the B494 at the uninnbach. A 66-year-old cyclist from Giesen was traveling in the direction of Hildesheim when a 65-year-old driver from Harsum crossed a dirt road with his VW Caddy. Despite the immediate braking of the driver, the cyclist was noticed too late and touched.

The result: the cyclist fell and contracted injuries. He had to be taken to a hospital in Hildesheim immediately with an ambulance in order to be treated there. The police started the investigation into the course of the accident.
