Bicycle accident in Göttingen: woman falls when a car bend!

Kreuzbergring, Göttingen, Deutschland - A serious cycling accident occurred on Thursday morning, May 15, 2025, in Göttingen. Around 9:00 a.m. a woman was on the bike from the nunstunge towards Robert-Koch-Straße when an unknown silver car from the Kreuzbergring wanted to turn to the parking lot of the buildings on Von-Bar-Straße and apparently overlooked the cyclist.

The woman braked strongly, lost the balance and crashed into a lamppost with her face. The Göttingen police are now asking the fleeting driver and other witnesses to report on 0551/491-2115 to clarify the incident.
