A 21-year-old color sprayer was caught in Constance on Friday night in a fresh act! At 11:45 p.m., a passerby reported that a man sprayed trash can on Spaniardstrasse and on the Rheinsteig. A police patrol immediately moved out and put the perpetrator on foot after a short escape.
