Rim Festival 2025: A bike adventure between Bodenwerder and Rinteln!

On Sunday, June 15, 2025, the popular rim festival will be over the stage again! Under the motto "Get on the bike on the rim festival day", the 50 km route from Bodenwerder to Rinteln for cyclists, inline skaters and pedestrians is closed. The organizers and police expect a large crowd and have taken numerous safety precautions in advance.

The Hameln-Pyrmont/Holzminden police inspection and additional forces will be present along the route to ensure security and ensure a smooth process. Drivers have to adjust to significant restrictions: the streets are closed from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and traffic disabilities could occur from 9.30 a.m. The roads for car traffic will only be returned at 6.30 p.m. The police urgently recommend wearing bicycle helmets and considerate coexistence to avoid accidents.
