Fire brigade Düren prevents bad inferno at balcony fire!

On Wednesday, June 4, 2025, the Düren fire brigade was alerted to a fire in a house in the Lendersdorf district at 2:30 p.m. A fire had broken out on a balcony and already spread to the roof. Fortunately, all residents were able to leave the building in good time and unharmed before the emergency services arrived.

A rapidly reacting team from the fire brigade immediately started the fire fighting from both outside and from the inside. Thanks to the coordinated procedure, the fire could be brought under control in the shortest possible time and completely deleted. Then it was ensured with a thermal imaging camera that no embers remained. After around an hour, the assignment was ended with a total of 31 firefighters and women.
