Fire brigade Ludwigshafen deletes apartment fire in Hemshof quickly!

In the early morning hours of June 12, 2025, at 3:22 a.m., a fire broke out in a residential building on Limburgstrasse in Ludwigshafen-Hemshof. The Ludwigshafen fire brigade was immediately alerted and quickly arrived at the scene. Fortunately, all residents had been able to leave the apartment on the 2nd floor in good time so that nobody was injured. However, the staircase was slightly smoky.

A quick intervention by the fire brigade prevented the flames from attacking other areas of the house. After around 30 minutes the fire was extinguished and the staircase was extracted with electric fans. The affected apartment is uninhabitable, the former residents found asylum among relatives. A total of 19 firefighters were used with 5 vehicles, supported by an emergency services with 6 vehicles and the police. A RNV line bus was provided to temporarily accommodate the affected people.
