A serious work accident occurred yesterday in the "In der Au" area when a 52-year-old man was seriously injured when working on a gas line. The accident happened around 9 a.m. when the man incorrectly assumed that the gas flow was turned off. Suddenly the gas ignited and caused serious injuries in the upper body area of the worker.
A ambulance was quickly on the spot that brought the injured to a clinic while the fire brigade deleted the resulting danger.
