Brand alarm in Mönchengladbach: smoke development in residential building discovered!
The Mönchengladbach fire brigade was called to an alarming use in the evening: In an apartment building on the Roman fountain, residents thought smoke development and smell of fire is threatening! The firefighters immediately moved out and gained access to the affected apartment. There they quickly extinguished a small fire in the kitchen and ensured that fresh air flowed into the building.
Fortunately, at the time of the incident there was only one person in the apartment who was immediately looked after by the firefighters and handed over to the emergency services. The good news: the person was unharmed and was soon able to return to her own four walls. Operations Manager Brand Inspector Michael Himmels and his team once again demonstrated that quick reactions can save lives!Details | |
