Holzweg, 31785 Hameln, Deutschland - in Wehrbergen there was a dramatic incident when a wooden bench opened in flames at a grill hut! Between Sunday, June 8, 2025, in the afternoon 3 p.m. and Monday, June 9, 2025, around 11:20 a.m., the bank was deliberately placed on a glowing grill, which led to the inflammation of the wood. Fortunately, an attentive witness discovered the fire and immediately alerted the fire brigade.

The Wehrbergen volunteer fire brigade quickly moved down and was able to extinguish the fire quickly. Worse could be prevented, and the flames did not spread to the grill hut or the surrounding bushes. The police are now urgently looking for witnesses who can provide information about the unknown perpetrators. Anyone who has seen something is asked to report!
