Fire altitude in Werne: garden house burns and threatens home!

A garden house on Brevingstraße in Werne-Evekamp burned in the night of Pentecost Sunday, whereby flames and bright noises alerted residents. The fire brigade was alerted at 04:41 a.m. with the operational keyword "unclear fire" and shortly afterwards increased "burns garden house, threatens to overlap on the house".

Rapidly reacting emergency services erected a bar position to protect the adjacent residential building. A total of 60 firefighters used three C pipes from various directions for fire fighting. Dangerous gas bottles that were stored in the garden house were secured during the operation. Thanks to the prompt intervention, the spread of the fire to the house could be prevented. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident. The mission ended around 6:45 a.m.
