Fire in Goch: The fire brigade's large -scale deployment after fire at waste disposal company

At night to today, a fire in the sorting hall of a waste disposal company on Siemensstrasse in Goch caused excitement. The automatic fire alarm system was activated at around 0:30 a.m., and the fire brigade arrived was already clear smoke and flames.

City fire inspector Stefan Bömler decided to use breathing protection teams to explore and delete the fire. An approximately 240 square meter bunch of mixed mixed waste burned on site. To extinguish the fire, two wheel loaders from the company were used to transport the waste from the hall and to separate it efficiently. The extinguishing work dragged on for more than three hours, whereby the exact extent of the damage remains unclear.
