Great fire in Bochum: Discotheque in flames, fire brigade in action!

in Bochum-Hamme broke out a devastating major fire in a discotheque on Freudenbergstrasse on the night from Thursday to Friday. While the fire brigade reacted quickly to the alarm of the fire alarm system, several drivers from the nearby A 40 confirmed the devastating fire. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, but the discotheque was severely destroyed by the flames.

With a massive use of 85 fire brigade, including three fire brigade fire brigade and units of the volunteer fire brigade, the fire could be spread to neighboring buildings. The emergency services fought against the flames for around 90 minutes before the fire was under control over two turntable ladders and four jet pipes.
