Large deployment in Hartheim: toxic vapors from barrels provide alarm!

Max-Immelmann-Allee, 79353 Hartheim, Deutschland - this morning, around 9:30 a.m., there was a dramatic large-scale operation by the fire brigade and the police on the site of a freight forwarder in Max-Himmer-Allee in Hartheim. Toxic residues have left about 12 empty barrels, which led to immediate evacuation and extensive security measures.

The fire brigade moved in with a large contingent and specialized forces to quickly remove the danger cooker. Around two hours after the emergency services arrived at 11.30 a.m., the danger spots were finally successfully secured. A specialist company was commissioned to take on the problematic disposal of the barrels.
