Kitchen fire in Oldenburg: mother and child taken to the hospital!

Thursday morning, around 8:30 a.m., a fire broke out in the kitchen of an apartment on the third floor of an apartment building in Mühlenkamp in Oldenburg in Holstein. The concerned resident immediately alerted the fire brigade. Fortunately, the building remained undamaged, but the woman and her child were taken to the hospital as a precaution.

The police have so far found no evidence of arson. However, the investigation into the exact origin of the fire is still ongoing. Emergency services used had the fire quickly under control and prevented worse things. Another commitment was not necessary, so that the neighbors could breathe a sigh of relief.
