On Thursday afternoon, around 4:00 p.m., a fire broke out in an apartment on Klingenstraße in Stuttgart Ost. Witnesses reported dense, black clouds of smoke that rose from the windows. A brave resident managed to get to safety before the fire brigade arrived and was then cared for by the emergency services.

The emergency services of the Stuttgart fire brigade were quickly on site. With two squads they went into the burning apartment under respiratory protection and were able to quickly extinguish the fire. Fortunately, there were no other people in the danger area. The use comprised several vehicles, including extinguishing vehicles and an emergency medical vehicle, all of which contributed to the safety of the residents.
